Adoption process update-adopting two

We seem to still be that Murphys law family.  It is so frustrating.  We are waiting for LOA (letter of acceptance) for Lottie.  We had sent in both letter of intents(LOI) before Maxs LOA came, but they did not look at Lotties in time or both LOA's would have been issued at the same time saving many headaches.  But they didnt.  Our agency has been in contact with C*ina trying to get this worked out.  All of which, this shouldnt even be a problem but some computer system that they cant seem to fix, is causing this.  I could go on but I wont.  We sent in LOI for Lottie on 4-4. To say I am frustrated is a major understatement.  It took C*ina over 40 days just to transfer us from AAC to Wacap. We should have traveled in June.  Now we will be lucky if it is August.  I have to return back to work in September and my first grandbaby is due the end of August beginning of September. This is the latest email from our agency.  If you think about it, please pray this gets sorted out soon.  We are trying to expedite this adoption because of Max's thalassemia, but it is not helping.

Just heard from our Director, he has been on the phone back and forth with the C**W* people all night. Now they are saying to solve the computer problem they will now treat families using the same dossier to adopt a 2nd child the same as those families adopting a 2nd child by reusing their last dossier (families reusing dossier need to submit an updated homestudy, a new adoption application letter and a new I-800A along with a copy of their old dossier). This is crazy because you are not reusing your dossier to begin with, you submitted a new dossier that has everything up to date. This is not making any sense. Our Director tried to talk to a different person who may be able to give us some clarification but he was not available. He will call again on Sunday night and let us know.

A updated homestudy, new 800, new authentication.  All this
costs quite a bit of money, time off work, and makes the wait for our children to come home even longer.  I am at a loss for words.  I am praying the Lord will move mountains to get our children home.

143,000,000 ORPHANS:

It is estimated that between 143,000,000 and 210,000,000 children are orphans. That’s at least 143 MILLION children in the world today. (Recent UNICEF report.)

To give you an idea of the enormity of this need, keep in mind that the approximate population of the US is 300,000,000; and the population of Russia is 141,800,000.)

There are more orphans in Sub-Sahara Africa than ALL of the children
in Denmark, Ireland, Norway, Canada, and Sweden – combined!
